Otto Bear's Rolf Hartmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rato Lührmann in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of F-Hain Boxing Club booed when Otto Bear was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Demel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rato Lührmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armin Bittscheidt made a kick off. Rolf Hartmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 62 minutes into the game, Rato Lührmann lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Rolf Hartmann. Bert Lojewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of F-Hain Boxing Club booed when Otto Bear was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Demel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alessandro Demel got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Otto Bear getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rato Lührmann couldn't finish the play. Rato Lührmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rolf Hartmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
