VFB Schloß Holte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rimslrain FC the free kick. Wigalf Szymanski kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Josef Tochtermann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leif-Eric Wanner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Josef Tochtermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif-Eric Wanner having to interfere. Leif-Eric Wanner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Bretschneider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Theres walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konstantin Bretschneider to strike the kick off in the second half. Leif-Eric Wanner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Bretschneider in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Tochtermann in the 56th minute of play forced VFB Schloß Holte's goalkeeper Leif-Eric Wanner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif-Eric Wanner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Tochtermann in the 58th minute of the match. If Josef Tochtermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantin Bretschneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephan Liebert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Edmund Reh made a huge save. When Konstantin Bretschneider came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Rimslrain FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konstantin Bretschneider couldn't finish the play. Konstantin Bretschneider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Leif-Eric Wanner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantin Bretschneider's late challenge caught a VFB Schloß Holte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konstantin Bretschneider helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rimslrain FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Konstantin Bretschneider hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Schwab couldn't finish the play. The Rimslrain FC fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Rimslrain FC's Konstantin Bretschneider looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The VFB Schloß Holte players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rimslrain FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
