The FC Arsenal München fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hinteregg FC's goalkeeper Friedhelm Kunze, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Rene Baumgart notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hinteregg FC's Friedhelm Kunze. Friedhelm Kunze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 23 played minutes Hinteregg FC got a freekick which was hit by Vito Strässer. After a rather tough play, Hinteregg FC's Vito Strässer got a free kick in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Baumgart was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Hinteregg FC's Friedhelm Kunze got control of the ball when Gus Vorbeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leon Neher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Kallweit having to interfere. In the 68th minute Gunnar Liepelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolai Kallweit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gus Vorbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Friedhelm Kunze having to interfere. Leon Neher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Nikolai Kallweit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nikolai Kallweit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Liepelt in the 75th minute of the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Hinteregg FC's much stronger midfield.
