Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gunnar Liepelt started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ewald Pfeffermann in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Friedhelm Kunze saved Hinteregg FC from getting behind. If Hanns Brandstrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Hinteregg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ewald Pfeffermann came free, but Friedhelm Kunze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Friedhelm Kunze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Burgwart in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Gunnar Liepelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hinteregg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Liepelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hanns Brandstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Friedhelm Kunze having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Friedhelm Kunze successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ewald Pfeffermann in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Friedhelm Kunze saved Hinteregg FC from getting behind. If Ewald Pfeffermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Schleiden kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ewald Pfeffermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Friedhelm Kunze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Friedhelm Kunze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ewald Pfeffermann in the 38th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ewald Pfeffermann to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Hanns Brandstrup notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hinteregg FC's Friedhelm Kunze. Friedhelm Kunze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roman Mandel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hinteregg FC booed when Ennigerloh FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Koop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franz-Peter Lauterbach didn't quite understand what happened when in the 65 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Ewald Pfeffermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Friedhelm Kunze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hanns Brandstrup in the 71st minute of the match. Gert Wanderwitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gunnar Liepelt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 74 minute of play. After 77 minutes, Hanns Brandstrup made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hinteregg FC's Friedhelm Kunze tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 83rd play minutes Hanns Brandstrup shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Friedhelm Kunze and just under the crossbar into goal. Hanns Brandstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Friedhelm Kunze having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Ennigerloh FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ewald Pfeffermann to maneuver through the defense.
