Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Amos Kirchberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörg Vielmann during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jörg Vielmann hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Jim Reeb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Gülsün Baron made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Spreeau FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jim Reeb fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Agilo Prause fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Niedermanderscheid's protests and gave Agilo Prause a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Niedermanderscheid got a freekick which was hit by Agilo Prause. Jim Reeb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Niedermanderscheid's Franz Borgers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gülsün Baron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Jim Reeb left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Niedermanderscheid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, Niedermanderscheid's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Bickelhaupt came free, but Karlheinz Sachse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spreeau FC's Amos Kirchberg got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Luis Bickelhaupt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franz Borgers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gülsün Baron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Franz Borgers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niedermanderscheid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franz Borgers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franz Borgers was the one to do the kick off. Franz Borgers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karlheinz Sachse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amos Kirchberg in the 56th minute of play. A hard shot 57 in the game by Luis Bickelhaupt from a close distance when the talented Karlheinz Sachse managed to make a qualified save. Niedermanderscheid's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz Borgers in the 60th minute of play forced Spreeau FC's goalkeeper Gülsün Baron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Amos Kirchberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Spreeau FC's Amos Kirchberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Luis Bickelhaupt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jim Reeb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gülsün Baron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amos Kirchberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Spreeau FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hansjürgen Jaeniche to maneuver through the defense. Jim Reeb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gülsün Baron having to interfere. Amos Kirchberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jim Reeb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niedermanderscheid's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Reeb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gülsün Baron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 92 minutes, Jim Reeb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niedermanderscheid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Reeb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute, Hansjürgen Jaeniche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
