Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lukas Wollbrinck made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Edo Meling reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eggert Pahl. The goal made the score 1-0. Marc Zuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eggert Pahl having to interfere. Edo Meling was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 13th minute. Sylbach's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Marc Zuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Eggert Pahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Otigheim FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edo Meling fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 28th match minute, Sylbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Pickartz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Otigheim FC's Antoine Thiessen got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marc Zuse got free with Eggert Pahl in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edo Meling in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eggert Pahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eggert Pahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edo Meling, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Otigheim FC's Steffen Jaspers got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Edo Meling made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc Zuse in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eggert Pahl saved Otigheim FC from getting behind. Edo Meling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eggert Pahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Pickartz hit a great ball. Eggert Pahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edo Meling in the 62nd minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Edo Meling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sylbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edo Meling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Lukas Wollbrinck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Otigheim FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sylbach the free kick. Lukas Wollbrinck hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Edo Meling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Marc Zuse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eggert Pahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 88th minute, Marc Zuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
