Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Merten Glaser took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Halldor Lantz put in a rough tackle. 10 minutes into the match, Ralph Theurer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Josef Griese. Eltze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ralph Theurer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Eltze's Josef Griese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Theurer in the 17th minute of play. When Gus Heins came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Baumen FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gus Heins couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Eltze booed when Baumen FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrej Scherer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Gus Heins made a precise shot to the right of Josef Griese. Eltze's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ingo Lütkebohmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Robbie Bresonik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esau Banke kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Matthias Dörken fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baumen FSV's protests and gave Matthias Dörken a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baumen FSV's Matthias Dörken got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ingo Lütkebohmert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robbie Bresonik having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Esau Banke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eltze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esau Banke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robbie Bresonik made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Ingo Lütkebohmert sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Baumen FSV were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Gus Heins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josef Griese was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Josef Griese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Theurer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Ingo Lütkebohmert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robbie Bresonik was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Baumen FSV's zone, Ingo Lütkebohmert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robbie Bresonik came out of the goal and Ingo Lütkebohmert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ingo Lütkebohmert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Gus Heins had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Josef Griese. Eltze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gus Heins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gus Heins got free with Josef Griese in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baumen FSV's Robbie Bresonik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingo Lütkebohmert in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Baumen FSV's Graham Tyroff got a free kick in the 81st minute. Eltze's Esau Banke got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Ingo Lütkebohmert notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Baumen FSV's Robbie Bresonik. Robbie Bresonik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Gus Heins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josef Griese was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. Ingo Lütkebohmert took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robbie Bresonik. Robbie Bresonik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-6.
