When Raik Kiefer fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harrie FSV's protests and gave Raik Kiefer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Harrie FSV getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Raik Kiefer hit a great ball. Elmar Brand's late challenge caught a Harrie FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elmar Brand helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th match minute, SV Schwetzingen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmar Brand to maneuver through the defense. Cedric Schulcz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, SV Schwetzingen's Kay Mohrlang got a free kick in the 88th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
