With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oskar Weiß in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Knoeringen saved Großdittmannsdorf from getting behind. Daniel Knoeringen came out of the goal and Oskar Weiß tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, FC Germania Peickwitz's Oskar Weiß sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Knoeringen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oskar Weiß in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Knoeringen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oskar Weiß recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bertil Baumeister stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 91st minute, Frank Frenzle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolfgang Rückert in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Germania Peickwitz's goalkeeper Gedeon Freitag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Weiß could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Daniel Knoeringen made a huge save. FC Germania Peickwitz's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
