After 6 minutes, Herbert Schreiber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Langendorf and the Burkau players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Langendorf fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! After 10 played minutes FC Langendorf got a freekick which was hit by Luis Untersteller. 15 minutes into the game, Kristof Mangelmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Langendorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burkau the free kick. Kristof Mangelmann kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Oskar Balser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Willi Kau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Langendorf booed when Burkau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achaz Bremke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oskar Balser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, FC Langendorf's goalkeeper Karlo Linckersdorff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oskar Balser. After a defensive mix-up in FC Langendorf's zone, Emmerich Gröber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karlo Linckersdorff came out of the goal and Emmerich Gröber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oskar Balser took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karlo Linckersdorff. Karlo Linckersdorff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Gersdorff to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Emmerich Gröber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlo Linckersdorff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Emmerich Gröber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burkau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A collision led to Burkau getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Niclas Klotz hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Burkau's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lothar Thomas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. FC Langendorf's Michel Gersdorff got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Burkau's goalkeeper Benny Natusch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lothar Thomas. After having played for 65 minutes, Emmerich Gröber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burkau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmerich Gröber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emmerich Gröber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A nice corner shot did that Niclas Klotz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Karlo Linckersdorff quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Michel Gersdorff took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Benny Natusch to make any attempt to save it. Herbert Schreiber got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 80 played minutes FC Langendorf got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Schreiber. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Balser in the 86th minute of play forced FC Langendorf's goalkeeper Karlo Linckersdorff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oskar Balser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emmerich Gröber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karlo Linckersdorff came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Burkau's Willi Kau. But to his dismay, Willi Kau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Burkau walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
