Christian Goldblum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregor Stoffmehl's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When Roger Homburger came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Gemünden FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Homburger couldn't finish the play. Roger Homburger kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Biesen FC's keeper Christian Goldblum was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Paul Odenthal hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jork Kittner kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Gemünden FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Kubin came free, but Conrad Skrentny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Harry Kubin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrad Skrentny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 34 in the game by Roger Homburger from a close distance when the talented Christian Goldblum managed to make a qualified save. Biesen FC's players were relieved. Billy Staratschek kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Sergej Altmaier came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Biesen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergej Altmaier couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harry Kubin to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on Biesen FC's corner Will Wessendorf fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Conrad Skrentny quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gemünden FC's zone, Harry Kubin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrad Skrentny came out of the goal and Harry Kubin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harry Kubin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrad Skrentny having to interfere. If Sergej Altmaier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Biesen FC booed when Gemünden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jork Kittner didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Johannes Reiss fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biesen FC's protests and gave Johannes Reiss a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Biesen FC's Johannes Reiss got a free kick in the 88th minute. Christian Goldblum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregor Stoffmehl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Biesen FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gemünden FC.
