Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Claudio Flöge got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Berti Langguth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joachim Küpper-Adebisi took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilhelm Blecken. Wilhelm Blecken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Wilhelm Blecken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermann Bierholz's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Schötmar's Hermann Bierholz got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermann Bierholz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilhelm Blecken having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Claudio Flöge recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilhelm Blecken. Claudio Flöge showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When Herwig Cavic came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Schötmar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herwig Cavic couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Herriehausen's goal looked a bit too open when Hermann Bierholz came free, but Wilhelm Blecken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tilmann Razavi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Hannes Bresack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Hommertgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilhelm Blecken made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Joachim Küpper-Adebisi sent off a good shot on target. Claudio Flöge scored 4-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilhelm Blecken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Kwast was the one to do the kick off. Joachim Küpper-Adebisi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Wilhelm Blecken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Schötmar's Benny Zedler in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herriehausen's goalie prevented a goal. Hermann Bierholz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Schötmar's Luis Hommertgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Kwast in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Schötmar's Luis Hommertgen got control of the ball when Erasmus Viehl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hannes Bresack could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Luis Hommertgen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Kobel in the 78th minute of play forced Schötmar's goalkeeper Luis Hommertgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Hommertgen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Kwast, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Flöge in the 81st minute of play forced Herriehausen's goalkeeper Wilhelm Blecken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Herriehausen's zone, Benny Zedler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Blecken came out of the goal and Benny Zedler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 played minutes Herriehausen got a freekick which was hit by Erasmus Viehl. 89 minutes into the match, Schötmar's goalkeeper Luis Hommertgen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hannes Bresack. After having played for 90 minutes, Joachim Küpper-Adebisi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schötmar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Küpper-Adebisi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilhelm Blecken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Küpper-Adebisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Flöge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilhelm Blecken having to interfere. Benny Zedler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Wilhelm Blecken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Schötmar were the better team. Schötmar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
