Viktor Ortkemper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Mutten FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Garske came free, but Viktor Ortkemper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pär Brecht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnold Senekowitsch in the 13th minute. Pär Brecht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernot Breddermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Viktor Ortkemper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Till Feye kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With a little luck, BerlinerDiavolo's Pär Brecht got control of the ball when Arnold Senekowitsch tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gernot Breddermann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pär Brecht. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. BerlinerDiavolo's Mike Garske got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paul Austin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Gernot Breddermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pär Brecht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernot Breddermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnold Senekowitsch got free with Pär Brecht in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andi Stempfle hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Gernot Breddermann came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Mutten FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gernot Breddermann couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnold Senekowitsch got free with Pär Brecht in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mutten FC's Gernot Breddermann got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnold Senekowitsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

51 minutes into the match, Arnold Senekowitsch notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of BerlinerDiavolo's Pär Brecht. Pär Brecht was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pär Brecht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernot Breddermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 68 played minutes BerlinerDiavolo got a freekick which was hit by Caspar Kaulbach. Pär Brecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Senekowitsch in the 71st minute of play. If Paul Austin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Gernot Breddermann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pär Brecht was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Pär Brecht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernot Breddermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Ortkemper having to interfere. Arnold Senekowitsch struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Pär Brecht didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mutten FC. For all the effort they put into the match, the BerlinerDiavolo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mutten FC.
