Spectators: 5149 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricky Reiser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eckard Kunzmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Reiser having to interfere. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Beppo Diebitsch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pär Erhart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes FC Wilde Meute got a freekick which was hit by Friedrich Blenke. When Dankward Trienekens came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Trabzonspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dankward Trienekens couldn't finish the play. Pär Erhart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Thomas Werner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Wilde Meute's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Werner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

If Pär Erhart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Herwig Neubauer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 61st minute, Pär Erhart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pär Erhart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Beppo Diebitsch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herwig Neubauer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Fritz Sabath suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 76 minutes, Eckard Kunzmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trabzonspor and the FC Wilde Meute players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eckard Kunzmann kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Beppo Diebitsch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Werner, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 80 minutes, Reiner Grenzhäuser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trabzonspor and the FC Wilde Meute players grew even worse after the yellow card. Despite being the better team, FC Wilde Meute failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
