In the 13th minute, Mike Garske reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricky Reiser. The goal made the score 1-1. Mike Garske fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Reiser having to interfere. Herwig Neubauer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Herwig Neubauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Friedrich Blenke managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wilde Meute's supporters rose to their feet, but Friedrich Blenke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, FC Wilde Meute's Herwig Neubauer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pär Brecht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paul Austin to strike the kick off in the second half. When Pär Erhart came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC Wilde Meute fans jumped to their feet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Friedrich Blenke got free with Pär Brecht in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 played minutes BerlinerDiavolo got a freekick which was hit by Paul Austin. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Friedrich Blenke got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. FC Wilde Meute's Thomas Werner got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thomas Werner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Wilde Meute's Ricky Reiser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Garske in the 83rd minute of play. Fritz Sabath received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Pär Brecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BerlinerDiavolo's Mike Garske got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the match was over FC Wilde Meute could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BerlinerDiavolo throughout the match.
