With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fridun Lambert in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingolf Vollmer saved SV Schaufling from getting behind. If Fridun Lambert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Schaufling's Ingolf Vollmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siegfried Kanoneks in the 34th minute of play. Siegfried Kanoneks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Vollmer having to interfere. Fridun Lambert struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ingolf Vollmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for messi club. In the 39th minute, Fridun Lambert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kilian de Koster in the 47th minute of play forced messi club's goalkeeper Karsten Fuchs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fridun Lambert to strike the kick off in the second half.
