Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lazarus Blumentritt started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Hofen FSV's Georg Wulfmeier got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lazarus Blumentritt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Rössle having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match Sébastien Sporer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Klemens Bilstein skillfully saved the ball. In the 34th minute, Maurizio Patzer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Theo Lensing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ghostdevil Fc booed when Hofen FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Wulfmeier didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Hofen FSV getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lazarus Blumentritt hit a great ball. When Lazarus Blumentritt got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Hofen FSV. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Philip Giehl made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazarus Blumentritt in the 53rd minute of play forced Ghostdevil Fc's goalkeeper Norbert Rössle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klemens Bilstein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo Lensing in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ghostdevil Fc's zone, Maurizio Patzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Rössle came out of the goal and Maurizio Patzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kurt-Jürgen Roese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Lazarus Blumentritt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Rössle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Steve Benscheider fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ghostdevil Fc's protests and gave Steve Benscheider a yellow card for diving instead. Steve Benscheider hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Klemens Bilstein was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Philip Giehl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 74 minute of play. After 77 minutes, Lazarus Blumentritt made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ghostdevil Fc's Norbert Rössle tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfons Pohl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norbert Rössle having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Lazarus Blumentritt made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Rössle. Ghostdevil Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Georg Wulfmeier kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Klemens Bilstein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Benscheider in the 96th minute of play. Hofen FSV's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
