Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) F.C. Prishtina's Fritz Schlender started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Kuno Lammert came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ghostdevil Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kuno Lammert couldn't finish the play. After 4 played minutes F.C. Prishtina got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Isele. After 5 minutes, Jakob Sack mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Prishtina and the Ghostdevil Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jakob Sack hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Ghostdevil Fc's Philip Giehl got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ghostdevil Fc fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Ghostdevil Fc's Philip Giehl looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 19 minutes into the match, F.C. Prishtina's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Giehl came free, but Marco Steinke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Mühlenbruch got free with Norbert Rössle in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuno Lammert in the 25th minute of play forced F.C. Prishtina's goalkeeper Marco Steinke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philip Giehl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Steinke having to interfere. Marco Steinke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuno Lammert in the 33rd minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Philip Giehl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ghostdevil Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Giehl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Steinke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Giehl in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Prishtina's zone, Philip Giehl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Steinke came out of the goal and Philip Giehl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kuno Lammert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The F.C. Prishtina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ghostdevil Fc were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philip Giehl was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Philip Giehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Steinke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Mühlenbruch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Norbert Rössle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Mühlenbruch struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Norbert Rössle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Prishtina. Philip Giehl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Philip Giehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuno Lammerts short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Marco Steinke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Ghostdevil Fc's zone, Dan Mühlenbruch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Rössle came out of the goal and Dan Mühlenbruch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ghostdevil Fc getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Steve Benscheider hit a great ball. The supporters of F.C. Prishtina booed when Ghostdevil Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Benscheider didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fritz Schlender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ghostdevil Fc played a much better game than F.C. Prishtina and deserved their victory. The F.C. Prishtina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
