Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eden's Rudi Behrisch started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rudi Behrisch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gerrit Zielezinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, SV Hohmann's goal looked a bit too open when Rudi Behrisch came free, but Gerrit Zielezinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SV Hohmann's Gerrit Zielezinski got control of the ball when Henrik Link tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute Rudi Behrisch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerrit Zielezinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Eden's zone, Michael Grohganz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Thielemann came out of the goal and Michael Grohganz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Uwe-Jens Thommessen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sammy Alfert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Thielemann having to interfere. Henrik Link received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gerrit Zielezinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerrit Zielezinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudi Behrisch in the 39th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Eden got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Riesenberg. Isidor Kauch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torsten Thielemann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Federico Eggerking took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerrit Zielezinski. Gerrit Zielezinski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sammy Alfert to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Henrik Link notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SV Hohmann's Gerrit Zielezinski. Gerrit Zielezinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torsten Thielemann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michael Grohganz in the 64th minute. Henrik Link scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerrit Zielezinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 minutes of play, Eden's Henrik Link made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrit Zielezinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerrit Zielezinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudi Behrisch in the 80th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Rudi Behrisch sped through SV Hohmann's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gerrit Zielezinski. After 86 minutes of play, Eden's Henrik Link made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrit Zielezinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rudi Behrisch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudi Behrisch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
