In the 8th of the match, Armand Berghorn tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Toni Northe got in the way and made a wonderful save. FC RWE - INAKTIV's Toni Northe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save FC RWE - INAKTIV from getting a goal against them. Jari Bergau scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toni Northe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Toni Northe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Armand Berghorn recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Toni Northe. Armand Berghorn showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Armand Berghorn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Northe having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Seelmann to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, FC RWE - INAKTIV's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Bergau came free, but Toni Northe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armand Berghorn in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toni Northe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC RWE - INAKTIV's Simon Beckhaus got a free kick in the 61st minute. Peter-Michael Bankett took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Toni Northe. FC RWE - INAKTIV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Ole Gersdorff fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC RWE - INAKTIV's protests and gave Ole Gersdorff a yellow card for diving instead. Ole Gersdorff hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Groß Wittefelder Ort had played much better football throughout.
