Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Veit Guddorf started the match with the kick off. The Hamburg Suns fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Hamburg Suns's Konrad Venzke looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Melchior Deicke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Wim Terwiesche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Venzke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wim Terwiesche having to interfere. Konrad Venzke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wim Terwiesche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Wim Terwiesche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchior Deicke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34thth minute of the game Melchior Deicke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORDU UNITED's Wim Terwiesche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Konrad Venzke made a precise shot to the right of Wim Terwiesche. ORDU UNITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 44 minutes into the game, Anton Ebbenga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Heiner Nafz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Venzke to make the kick off. Melchior Deicke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wim Terwiesche having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, ORDU UNITED's goalkeeper Wim Terwiesche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchior Deicke. York Pickart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wim Terwiesche having to interfere. Melchior Deicke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
