When Wolf Fuchtel, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 48 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Saul Voßhoff was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Saul Voßhoff came out of the goal and Wolf Fuchtel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wolf Fuchtel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 97th minute, Wolf Fuchtel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
