After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Felix Felix managed to get in a good position for a shot. munchen fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Felix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johannes Herrndorf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Helmut Menzel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ante Schirmer was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 44thth minute of the game Juan Lienert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but munchen fc's Ante Schirmer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paul Halfpape to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Dietmar Wisgalla threw the ball into play from the sideline. Seesteraudeich's Erich Balzer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ante Schirmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Halfpape in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Paul Halfpape hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aydin Ehlers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helmut Menzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ante Schirmer made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Dietmar Wisgalla in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Seesteraudeich's Erich Balzer. Paul Halfpape struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Ante Schirmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seesteraudeich. munchen fc's attentive Gregor Buhler managed to snatch the ball when Juan Lienert made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. Aydin Ehlers struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Johannes Herrndorf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for munchen fc. In the 86thth minute of the game Dietmar Wisgalla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seesteraudeich's Johannes Herrndorf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paul Halfpape fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ante Schirmer having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in munchen fc's zone, Paul Halfpape stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ante Schirmer came out of the goal and Paul Halfpape tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, munchen fc could leave the field as winners, despite Seesteraudeich having more of the ball for most of the match.
