Gabriel Meier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Konermann in the 18th minute. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Klement Hoffmann took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gabriel Meier to make any attempt to save it. Klement Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Meier having to interfere. Simeon Gust stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustel Sänger's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Michael Holst hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Meier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gabriel Meier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Hoffmann in the 29th minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, FC Niceguys's Sandro Bellmann made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simeon Gust was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The FC Niceguys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Sylvester Künast kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 65 played minutes, Kimmich FC's Werner Szurmant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabriel Meier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kimmich FC reached it. Sandro Bellmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kimmich FC's Simeon Gust proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Kimmich FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kimmich FC's goalkeeper Simeon Gust, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kimmich FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Bellmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. FC Niceguys's Gustel Sänger got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded FC Niceguys left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kimmich FC.
