Kristian Biewald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicco Wesseler in the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Marcus Grüner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Dulson kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Kristian Biewald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Burkart in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Dag Klöser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute of the match Fritz Burkart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Biewald showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kristian Biewald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklaus Schwarzfischer, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Köchingen's Richard Kalvelage nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Biewald made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Rocco Gieseke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paul Amelung, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Markus Paul Hillekes during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, SV Sötenich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Paul Hillekes to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Biewald came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Köchingen's Richard Kalvelage. But to his dismay, Richard Kalvelage quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egon Kampeter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, SV Sötenich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Günther to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Simon Illmann from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Kristian Biewald's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 54 minutes into the match, SV Sötenich's goalkeeper Kristian Biewald had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Kalvelage. In the 56thth minute of the game Markus Paul Hillekes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Köchingen's Paul Amelung was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the SV Sötenich defense, Richard Kalvelage kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Biewald. The SV Sötenich fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Biewald should have stopped the shot. Paul Amelung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dag Klöser, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 65 played minutes SV Sötenich got a freekick which was hit by Reimar Stotz. Kristian Biewald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Burkart in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Sötenich's goalkeeper Kristian Biewald, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kristian Biewald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklaus Schwarzfischer in the 72nd minute of the match. If Matias Günther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Sötenich's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Niklaus Schwarzfischer 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. 81 minutes into the game, Niklaus Schwarzfischer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristian Biewald. Niklaus Schwarzfischer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. With a little luck, SV Sötenich's Kristian Biewald got control of the ball when Vicco Wesseler tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to SV Sötenich getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Markus Paul Hillekes hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Köchingen's Vicco Wesseler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristian Biewald. That made the score 1-7 after 90 minutes of play. The SV Sötenich supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Köchingen's performance. The match ended with a win for Köchingen.
