Niklaus Schwarzfischer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Potulski having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Köchingen's goal looked a bit too open when August Ballas came free, but Paul Amelung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niklaus Schwarzfischer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, Köchingen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günter Baumann to maneuver through the defense. Köchingen's Paul Amelung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Ballas in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Günter Baumann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. August Ballas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklaus Schwarzfischer in the 41st minute of play forced Wohlerst FC's goalkeeper Rolf Potulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Wohlerst FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pascal Zips hit a great ball. Jörgen Höhle charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörgen Höhle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Jörgen Höhle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when August Ballas made the kick off in the second half. Vicco Wesseler kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Vicco Wesseler hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Paul Amelung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from August Ballas in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Kalvelage in the 75th minute of play forced Wohlerst FC's goalkeeper Rolf Potulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niklaus Schwarzfischer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If August Ballas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sievert Baumgarten during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, Sievert Baumgarten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Niklaus Schwarzfischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
