Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carsten Schellheimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Ansbert Bade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trögen FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo Dresden the free kick. A collision led to Trögen FSV getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ansbert Bade hit a great ball. When Laslo Mach came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Dynamo Dresden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laslo Mach couldn't finish the play. Olaf Elmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Hendrik Mutke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Martinek. Dynamo Dresden's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hendrik Mutke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dynamo Dresden's Mario Martinek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Elmer in the 19th minute of play. Mario Martinek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingolf Auer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Martinek was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Olaf Elmer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olaf Elmer really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 28 played minutes Dynamo Dresden got a freekick which was hit by Anton Tünnissen. Dynamo Dresden's Mario Martinek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ansbert Bade in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Trögen FSV's zone, Cosmo Kellner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uwe Scheil came out of the goal and Cosmo Kellner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Laslo Mach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo Dresden's supporters rose to their feet, but Laslo Mach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uwe Scheil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Olaf Elmer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Martinek. The goal made the score 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Olaf Elmer made a precise shot to the right of Mario Martinek. Dynamo Dresden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Carsten Schellheimer might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uwe Scheil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carsten Schellheimer ran back to his position shaking his head. 58 minutes into the match, Dynamo Dresden's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Elmer came free, but Mario Martinek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Olaf Elmer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trögen FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Ansbert Bade was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. In the 65th minute, Ansbert Bade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Laslo Mach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo Dresden's supporters rose to their feet, but Laslo Mach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uwe Scheil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olaf Elmer kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Mario Martinek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Elmer in the 76th minute of play. If Cosmo Kellner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Hendrik Mutke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trögen FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hendrik Mutke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st match minute, Dynamo Dresden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Glaser to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Trögen FSV were the better team. Trögen FSV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
