Rufus Schmitter took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Levin Göldner. Levin Göldner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Eduard Heim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eduard Heim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of 1. FC Südabrarup booed when Kickers Armsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddi Lott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walther Grubac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Schipploch, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Levin Göldner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Heim in the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kickers Armsen's zone, Ingmar Traugott stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walther Grubac came out of the goal and Ingmar Traugott tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roland Wieland hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Kickers Armsen from getting a goal against them. Eddi Lott got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Eddi Lott kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Jo Altmeier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Lutz Schrembs shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac to catch but Lutz Schrembs was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal.

Levin Göldner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rufus Schmitter in the 55th minute. Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Schipploch in the 57th minute of play. Walther Grubac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Schipploch in the 63rd minute of play. Ingmar Traugott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Björn Schipploch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. FC Südabrarup fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Traugott in the 74th minute of play. When 1. When Björn Schipploch came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the 1. FC Südabrarup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Björn Schipploch couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that 1. FC Südabrarup were the better team. 1. FC Südabrarup's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
