In the 11th minute, Sammy Schultheiss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christoph Wurm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Walther Grubac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torben Gellrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Heim in the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Christoph Wurm managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Rapid Nord's supporters rose to their feet, but Christoph Wurm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walther Grubac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Kickers Armsen's Jo Altmeier got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac got control of the ball when Sammy Schultheiss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torben Gellrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddi Lott in the 28th minute of the match. If Christoph Wurm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sammy Schultheiss kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Torben Gellrich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufus Schmitter in the 45th minute of play.

Christoph Wurm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walther Grubac having to interfere. Robbie Nergert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walther Grubac having to interfere. Sammy Schultheiss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walther Grubac read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Rufus Schmitter could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Torben Gellrich however easily saved by the left post. After 64 minutes, Rufus Schmitter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kickers Armsen and the SK Rapid Nord players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kickers Armsen getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Rufus Schmitter hit a great ball. Sammy Schultheiss took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walther Grubac. Walther Grubac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Christoph Wurm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Walther Grubac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoph Wurm might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walther Grubac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christoph Wurm ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sammy Schultheiss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SK Rapid Nord's Sammy Schultheiss got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walther Grubac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Nergert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Sammy Schultheiss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Rapid Nord fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Rufus Schmitter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kickers Armsen's zone, Sammy Schultheiss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walther Grubac came out of the goal and Sammy Schultheiss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kickers Armsen's goalkeeper Walther Grubac, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to SK Rapid Nord getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Dietrich Fritz hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 97th minute, when Kickers Armsen's Hugo Ustorf after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Torben Gellrich in SK Rapid Nord's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. SK Rapid Nord's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
