After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Clemens Clauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Holzmichel 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemens Clauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walther Grubac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clemens Clauren struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemens Clauren in the 28th minute of play. Walther Grubac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemens Clauren in the 30th minute of play. Walther Grubac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Schwarzbäcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruce Teichert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walther Grubac having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Kickers Armsen's zone, Robert Klute stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walther Grubac came out of the goal and Robert Klute tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Clemens Clauren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Grubac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruce Teichert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Walther Grubac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joachim Schwarzbäcker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduard Heim was the one to do the kick off. But to his dismay, Robert Klute quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Clemens Clauren struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Bruce Teichert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walther Grubac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murat Simon, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Kickers Armsen's Walther Grubac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Schwarzbäcker in the 81st minute of play. Joachim Schwarzbäcker might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walther Grubac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joachim Schwarzbäcker ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruce Teichert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walther Grubac having to interfere. Walther Grubac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemens Clauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Joachim Schwarzbäcker sped through Kickers Armsen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walther Grubac. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Schwarzbäcker in the 96th minute of play forced Kickers Armsen's goalkeeper Walther Grubac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Holzmichel 04 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
