Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Heinrich Faber got the match started through his kick off. When Heinrich Faber came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Hersfelder Jungs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heinrich Faber couldn't finish the play. Matthias Wies didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 10th minute. Obergeislbach FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Matthias Wies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Hersfelder Jungs's goalkeeper Jakob Bleibtreu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthias Wies. If Gerhart Obser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Obergeislbach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heinrich Faber came free, but Mario Dreseler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerhart Obser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jakob Bleibtreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Hersfelder Jungs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernd Lockfisch to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Lars Hornberger in the 26th minute really tested Jakob Bleibtreu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Matthias Wies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jakob Bleibtreu made a huge save. Maximilian Kritzer kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gerhart Obser's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jakob Bleibtreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Matthias Wies ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jakob Bleibtreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gerhart Obser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Bleibtreu having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Helgi Grützmacher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hersfelder Jungs and the Obergeislbach FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hersfelder Jungs getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Helgi Grützmacher hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerhart Obser to make the kick off. Matthias Wies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jakob Bleibtreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Gerhart Obser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Bleibtreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helgi Bauch during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hersfelder Jungs's Helgi Bauch got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Matthias Wies got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Reinhold Wacker came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Obergeislbach FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinhold Wacker couldn't finish the play. Gerhart Obser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerhart Obser in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakob Bleibtreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jakob Bleibtreu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerhart Obser's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The Obergeislbach FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Obergeislbach FC's Gerhart Obser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st match minute, Hersfelder Jungs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arend Ulbricht to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Hersfelder Jungs's zone, Matthias Wies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakob Bleibtreu came out of the goal and Matthias Wies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vlado Heeringa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakob Bleibtreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhart Obser in the 82nd minute of the match. Gerhart Obser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Matthias Wies ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jakob Bleibtreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Jakob Bleibtreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerhart Obser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes, Gerhart Obser made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hersfelder Jungs's Jakob Bleibtreu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Obergeislbach FC had played much better football throughout.
