The supporters of SpVg Eicha booed when VFL Pudding was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Tanne didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Balthasar Witteler took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Francesco Raab to make any attempt to save it. VFL Pudding's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Leif Brossart scored to the left of an out of position Francesco Raab, making the score, 3-0. After 18 played minutes VFL Pudding got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Kübler. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leif Brossart got free with Francesco Raab in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, VFL Pudding's goal looked a bit too open when Gretel Bruhn came free, but Francesco Raab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Leif Brossart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Francesco Raab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gretel Bruhn made the kick off in the second half. Francesco Raab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gretel Bruhn in the 54th minute of play. Luka Jagenburg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Zehle having to interfere. Dominik Ginsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Raab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Francesco Raab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balthasar Witteler in the 61st minute of play. VFL Pudding's Francesco Raab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gretel Bruhn in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to SpVg Eicha getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Boris Furchner hit a great ball. When Kai Dotz fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VFL Pudding's protests and gave Kai Dotz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, VFL Pudding was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kai Dotz to maneuver through the defense. Erhard Liebherr kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Gretel Bruhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Raab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francesco Raab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gretel Bruhn went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, Erhard Liebherr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Will Zehle made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Dennis Kübler sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luka Jagenburg in the 91st minute of play forced SpVg Eicha's goalkeeper Will Zehle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luka Jagenburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erhard Liebherr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Will Zehle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VFL Pudding's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
