Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ingmar Tengstedt made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingmar Tengstedt in the 3rd minute of play forced Eintracht Bremerhaven's goalkeeper Samuel Heibrink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bum-Kun Altvater fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimo Wild having to interfere. Marc Lamparsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimo Wild having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, Eintracht Bremerhaven's Marc Lamparsky made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haimo Wild was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Marc Lamparsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bum-Kun Altvater in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haimo Wild saved Geltow from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vahid Kück during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Eintracht Bremerhaven booed when Geltow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vahid Kück didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eintracht Bremerhaven's Joachim Krögers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Geltow. When Marc Lamparsky came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Eintracht Bremerhaven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Lamparsky couldn't finish the play. In the 29th match minute, Geltow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klemens Seer to maneuver through the defense. Marc Lamparsky might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haimo Wild. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marc Lamparsky ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Bum-Kun Altvater managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eintracht Bremerhaven's supporters rose to their feet, but Bum-Kun Altvater was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haimo Wild breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Marc Lamparsky managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eintracht Bremerhaven's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Lamparsky was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haimo Wild breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Eintracht Bremerhaven getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Anders Michael hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Bum-Kun Altvater shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haimo Wild saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bum-Kun Altvater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Haimo Wild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bum-Kun Altvater made a kick off. Geltow's Haimo Wild played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bum-Kun Altvater in the 63rd minute of play. Haimo Wild took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bum-Kun Altvater, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vahid Kück kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Geltow's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bum-Kun Altvater 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marc Lamparsky got free with Haimo Wild in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haimo Wild showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bum-Kun Altvater in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bum-Kun Altvater in the 79th minute of play forced Geltow's goalkeeper Haimo Wild to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Geltow got a freekick which was hit by Vahid Kück. In the last second Haimo Wild throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bum-Kun Altvater in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ingmar Tengstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Eintracht Bremerhaven's Joachim Krögers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Geltow. After a defensive mix-up in Geltow's zone, Marc Lamparsky stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haimo Wild came out of the goal and Marc Lamparsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haimo Wild showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bum-Kun Altvater, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Eintracht Bremerhaven getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Marc Lamparsky hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Geltow's goal looked a bit too open when Bum-Kun Altvater came free, but Haimo Wild reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Marc Lamparsky made a precise shot to the right of Haimo Wild. Geltow's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Marc Lamparsky was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 98th minute. Eintracht Bremerhaven's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Marc Lamparsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eintracht Bremerhaven's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
