Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Höven's Walther Kapell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinhold Wacker in the 3rd minute of play forced Höven's goalkeeper Hannes van Slooten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walther Kapell scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Dreseler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute of the match Markus Guth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Dreseler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Gerhart Obser put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hannes van Slooten. The crowd rose to their feet as Obergeislbach FC's Bernhard Köller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hannes van Slooten. That made the score 2-1 after 12 minutes of play. With a little luck, Höven's Hannes van Slooten got control of the ball when Bernhard Köller tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Chris Sacher fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Höven's protests and gave Chris Sacher a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Obergeislbach FC booed when Höven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Sacher didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Matthias Wies dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hannes van Slooten, 3-1. Hannes van Slooten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernhard Köller in the 23rd minute. Vito Schmiedel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerhart Obser's late challenge caught a Höven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerhart Obser helped the player get up and apologised. Gerhart Obser kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to Höven getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Jörn Borgers hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Gerhart Obser made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Gerhart Obser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Hannes van Slooten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernhard Köller scored 5-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hannes van Slooten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Höven's goal looked a bit too open when Gerhart Obser came free, but Hannes van Slooten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Sacher got free with Mario Dreseler in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hannes van Slooten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerhart Obser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walther Kapell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerhart Obser in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hannes van Slooten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Ehlert struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Mario Dreseler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Höven. Mario Dreseler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walther Kapell's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Walther Kapell notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Obergeislbach FC's Mario Dreseler. Mario Dreseler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, David Ehlert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Mario Dreseler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Walther Kapell took a quick shot and it went in 6-4 without a chance for Mario Dreseler to make any attempt to save it. Mario Dreseler was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Chris Sacher capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chris Sacher really showed his touch with that goal: 6-5. Obergeislbach FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
