Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Keanu Wigenbusch kicked off to start the match. Matthias Wies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tus Mützenich booed when Obergeislbach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinhold Wacker didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Obergeislbach FC booed when Tus Mützenich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Dreibus didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 15 in the game by Matthias Wies from a close distance when the talented Swen Rocker managed to make a qualified save. Tus Mützenich's players were relieved. Matthias Wies blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Swen Rocker having to make a save. In the 21st minute, Gerhart Obser fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gerhart Obser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, one of Obergeislbach FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Obergeislbach FC. Obergeislbach FC:s Mario Dreseler showed great skill when he stopped Keith Stockburger:s penalty. With a little luck, Tus Mützenich's Swen Rocker got control of the ball when Matthias Wies tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerhart Obser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Swen Rocker having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Tus Mützenich's goal looked a bit too open when Gerhart Obser came free, but Swen Rocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Swen Rocker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerhart Obser in the 38th minute of play. Cedric Frieb hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Gerhart Obser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Swen Rocker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 49th minute, Keith Stockburger sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Obergeislbach FC's Mario Dreseler didn't even have to move. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerhart Obser to make the kick off. Swen Rocker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhart Obser in the 53rd minute of the match. Matthias Wies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Obergeislbach FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Matthias Wies hit a great ball. Gerhart Obser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Swen Rocker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedric Frieb during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 66 minutes into the match, Obergeislbach FC's Lars Hornberger broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tus Mützenich's Swen Rocker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerhart Obser in the 67th minute of play. Matthias Wies scored 2-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Swen Rocker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerhart Obser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Swen Rocker having to interfere. Swen Rocker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerhart Obser in the 75th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Manuel Faenger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mario Dreseler. Manuel Faenger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Obergeislbach FC's Gerhart Obser got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cedric Frieb took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Dreseler. Mario Dreseler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The supporters of Obergeislbach FC booed when Tus Mützenich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Frieb didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 97 minutes, Gerhart Obser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obergeislbach FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerhart Obser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Obergeislbach FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
