Fynn Haustein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 46th minute of the match Roland Butz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roland Butz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cosmo Wehlmann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Peter Schardt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosmo Wehlmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. If Peter Schardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hartmut Hutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fynn Haustein in the 67th minute of the match. Luke Ungewitter hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Caspar Reinoehl came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Bollfeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caspar Reinoehl couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Fynn Haustein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hartmut Hutter was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Peitsch in the 89th minute of play forced Bollfeld's goalkeeper Cosmo Wehlmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Falk Steimer fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bollfeld's protests and gave Falk Steimer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bollfeld getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Falk Steimer hit a great ball. Peter Schardt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 92nd playminute. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Cosmo Wehlmann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
