Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hagen Liebherr made the kick off and thus started the match. When Otto Haug came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Laake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Haug couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otto Haug in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tihomir Reinhardt saved FSC Brakel 99 from getting behind. Samir Janotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tihomir Reinhardt having to interfere. If Edmund Morawitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Otto Haug got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tombolo Wa Kadima Kersten hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Edmund Morawitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Eplinius having to interfere. After 29 played minutes FSC Brakel 99 got a freekick which was hit by Markus Krupp. Edmund Morawitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Eplinius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmund Morawitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmund Morawitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Eplinius having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Edmund Morawitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FSC Brakel 99 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Otto Haug made a kick off. Samir Janotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tihomir Reinhardt having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, FSC Brakel 99 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tombolo Wa Kadima Kersten to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FSC Brakel 99's Markus Krupp got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Otto Haug cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tihomir Reinhardt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Tristan Eplinius successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 76th minute, Tombolo Wa Kadima Kersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samir Janotta scored 2-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tihomir Reinhardt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 81 minutes, Hagen Liebherr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FSC Brakel 99's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hagen Liebherr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lazarus Kraft kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Holger Holler sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Laake's Tristan Eplinius didn't even have to move. In the 86th match minute, Laake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinhard Hambückers to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Laake's goal looked a bit too open when Hagen Liebherr came free, but Tristan Eplinius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hagen Liebherr might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Eplinius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hagen Liebherr ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Laake's zone, Edmund Morawitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tristan Eplinius came out of the goal and Edmund Morawitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laake succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FSC Brakel 99 had controlled the match.
