Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hermann Poß made the kick off which started today's match. If Bruno Stawitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralph Duin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 18th playminute. When Hermann Poß came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Höne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermann Poß couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, dock sud's Ulrich Schlettert got control of the ball when Ralph Duin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthäus Wiesenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Weiß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermann Poß received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ulrich Schlettert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ralph Duin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ralph Duin struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Ulrich Schlettert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Höne. Johannes Weiß sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermann Poß in the 44th minute of play forced dock sud's goalkeeper Ulrich Schlettert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Bruno Stawitz made the kick off in the second half. Ralph Duin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermann Poß recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. dock sud's Ulrich Schlettert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermann Poß in the 58th minute of play. If Ralph Duin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulrich Schlettert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermann Poß in the 64th minute of play. Matthäus Wiesenberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. When Ralph Duin came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Höne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralph Duin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Duin in the 73rd minute of play forced dock sud's goalkeeper Ulrich Schlettert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Bruno Stawitz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Matthäus Wiesenberg, passed just outside the right post. Bruno Stawitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthäus Wiesenberg having to interfere. Höne's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oliver Schaf in the 89th minute. Höne's Oliver Schaf was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulrich Schlettert in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 93 minutes of play, Höne's Ralph Duin made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulrich Schlettert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Höne were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of dock sud for a fine match.
