Despite this Oliver Bolle quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 71 minutes German Patriots's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Berko Seiffert who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Uwe Bernberich heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Oliver Bolle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henning Heffungs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ditmar Klomfaß showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Burgschmidt in the 76th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Zenobio Born in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, German Patriots's Carl Dagenbach got a free kick in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, German Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Lasotta came free, but Ditmar Klomfaß reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Padberg FSV were the better team. Padberg FSV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
