A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, FSV Stendal's goal looked a bit too open when Bonito Wald came free, but Helko Felchle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FSV Stendal were furious when Eduard Kuhn was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Amedspor booed when FSV Stendal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Kuhn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Helko Felchle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jürgen Nolte in the 14th minute. Helko Felchle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Scheel in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FSV Stendal's Achim Mertgen got a free kick in the 27th minute. Jürgen Nolte succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 31st playminute. Achim Mertgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Achim Mertgen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Friedemann Lehmler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Stephan Schossow managed to get in a good position for a shot. FSV Stendal's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephan Schossow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamil Dziersan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 47 minutes, Stephan Schossow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FSV Stendal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephan Schossow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Achim Mertgen to strike the kick off in the second half. Kamil Dziersan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Grobe, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. FSV Stendal's Helko Felchle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonito Wald in the 57th minute of play. Helko Felchle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Scheel in the 64th minute of the match. Bonito Wald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helko Felchle having to interfere. Jürgen Nolte struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Helko Felchle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amedspor. Kamil Dziersan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Grobe in the 81st minute of play. If Stephan Schossow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Stephan Schossow managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Amedspor support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
