After 3 minutes, David Baffoe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lok Lübeck and the FSV Stendal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lok Lübeck's David Baffoe got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Helko Felchle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keven Mahler, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Anton Beekhuis kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Anton Schmettau managed to get in a good position for a shot. FSV Stendal's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Schmettau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignatius Fischbach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Helko Felchle was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vladimir Zech showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Bertram Hillenbrand's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Helko Felchle skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Helko Felchle made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Bertram Hillenbrand sent off a good shot on target. Helko Felchle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir Zech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd match minute, FSV Stendal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achim Mertgen to maneuver through the defense. When Keven Mahler came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Lok Lübeck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keven Mahler couldn't finish the play. Helko Felchle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Will Meinhardt in the 26th minute. Vladimir Zech scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helko Felchle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute Vladimir Zech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helko Felchle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helko Felchle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keven Mahler in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Will Meinhardt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lok Lübeck's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FSV Stendal the free kick. A collision led to Lok Lübeck getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Will Meinhardt hit a great ball. Eddi Cürten kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Eduard Kuhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Bertram Hillenbrand took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Helko Felchle to make any attempt to save it. In the 45th minute, one of FSV Stendal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FSV Stendal. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Lok Lübeck. Matthias Jungbauer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Helko Felchle. 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Keven Mahler to strike the kick off in the second half. When Emanuel Grobe fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FSV Stendal's protests and gave Emanuel Grobe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FSV Stendal getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Emanuel Grobe hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertram Hillenbrand in the 57th minute of play forced FSV Stendal's goalkeeper Helko Felchle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Lok Lübeck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 95th minute, Keven Mahler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Helko Felchle was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
