An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Andreowsky in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Paradiso's goalkeeper Thomas Preil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Herlikofen FC booed when FC Paradiso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benno Heinrich didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Herlikofen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunther Mühlenhaupt to maneuver through the defense. FC Paradiso's Tom Nelius couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Herlikofen FC. After 15 played minutes FC Paradiso got a freekick which was hit by Charles Wenning. FC Paradiso's Thomas Preil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Andreowsky in the 17th minute of play. Thomas Preil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Andreowsky in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Peter Andreowsky made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Preil. FC Paradiso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 25 played minutes FC Paradiso got a freekick which was hit by Charles Wenning. Herlikofen FC's Gregorij Wank couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Paradiso. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Andreowsky in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Preil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benno Heinrich kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Thomas Preil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunther Mühlenhaupt in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Wolfgang Boback shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Preil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Preil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Andreowsky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Andreowsky to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Peter Andreowsky's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Preil was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Peter Andreowsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Thomas Preil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Paradiso's zone, Josip Kemski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Preil came out of the goal and Josip Kemski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Preil made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Josip Kemski sent off a good shot on target. Charles Wenning kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Thomas Preil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josip Kemski in the 71st minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Josip Kemski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herlikofen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josip Kemski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josip Kemski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Thomas Preil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Andreowsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sammy Rippert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Herber, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Herlikofen FC's Peter Andreowsky got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute of the match Gregorij Wank sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Preil skillfully saved the ball. After 96 played minutes FC Paradiso got a freekick which was hit by Benno Heinrich. 0-5 became the score in the 98th minute when Peter Andreowsky elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
