In the 6th minute, Nikolaus Wilnauer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liam Moeskes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Alfons Doetsch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolaus Wilnauer, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Nikolaus Wilnauer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Doetsch having to interfere. Nikolaus Wilnauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lovis Mahr hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Felipe Rahm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rochus Gall. Arental's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rochus Gall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benno Morgenroth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Toni Reif in the 21st minute really tested Alfons Doetsch's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birger Blome during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Helmeringhausen's Birger Blome got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Oka Herbst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Helmeringhausen's Benno Morgenroth got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfons Doetsch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Titus Kunstwadl in the 65th minute of the match. Titus Kunstwadl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfons Doetsch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Oka Herbst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rochus Gall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Benno Morgenroth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Helmeringhausen's supporters rose to their feet, but Benno Morgenroth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rochus Gall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Arental getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Toni Reif hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute Felipe Rahm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rochus Gall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benno Morgenroth scored 0-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rochus Gall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
