Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Peter Andreowsky took the kick off in the first half of the match. Burkhard Ruge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Andreowsky in the 3rd minute of the match. Herlikofen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gregorij Wank in the 5th minute. The corner led Herlikofen FC's Gregorij Wank to fire away a dangerous shot which Burkhard Ruge despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Peter Andreowsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanna's Erwin Grütters got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Burkhard Ruge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Andreowsky went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Andreowsky in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Burkhard Ruge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Josip Kemski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ditmar Ehrmann in the 24th minute of play forced Herlikofen FC's goalkeeper Sammy Rippert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herlikofen FC's Sammy Rippert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Grütters in the 26th minute of play. Peter Andreowsky struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Burkhard Ruge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herlikofen FC. 29 minutes into the match, Tanna's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Andreowsky came free, but Burkhard Ruge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burkhard Ruge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Andreowsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Peter Andreowsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burkhard Ruge having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Peter Andreowsky got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Erwin Grütters made the kick off in the second half. Peter Andreowsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Burkhard Ruge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute Josip Kemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burkhard Ruge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burkhard Ruge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Andreowsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Burkhard Ruge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Tanna's zone, Josip Kemski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Burkhard Ruge came out of the goal and Josip Kemski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Peter Andreowsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Herlikofen FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
