The Sammy Rippert was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a little luck, Herlikofen FC's Sammy Rippert got control of the ball when Peter Blaumann tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gunther Mühlenhaupt during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Herlikofen FC's Gunther Mühlenhaupt got a free kick in the 8th minute. Kim Rasche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sammy Rippert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sammy Rippert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Blaumann in the 14th minute. Peter Blaumann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Sammy Rippert made a huge save. When John Aigle fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TV PFLUGFELDEN's protests and gave John Aigle a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TV PFLUGFELDEN getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. John Aigle hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, TV PFLUGFELDEN's goal looked a bit too open when Josip Kemski came free, but Sigmar Voland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Herlikofen FC booed when TV PFLUGFELDEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Aigle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Andreowsky scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sigmar Voland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Blaumann got free with Sammy Rippert in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sammy Rippert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Rasche in the 38th minute of the match. Peter Andreowsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigmar Voland having to interfere. When Gunther Mühlenhaupt was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. After the first half Herlikofen FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Rasche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, TV PFLUGFELDEN's Peter Blaumann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sammy Rippert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josip Kemski got free with Sigmar Voland in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kim Rasche hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Josip Kemski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, TV PFLUGFELDEN's Peter Blaumann got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Kim Rasche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sammy Rippert was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Peter Blaumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Rippert having to interfere. If Josip Kemski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herlikofen FC's Sammy Rippert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Rasche in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes in the game, Josip Kemski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sigmar Voland having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Peter Andreowsky ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sigmar Voland was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Herlikofen FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
