A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, TSV 1906 Burkartshain's goal looked a bit too open when Eibo Odemer came free, but Jakob Madjlessi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andy Lemmerz to strike the kick off in the second half. Tommy Bleicher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Babel, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Tommy Bleicher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffen Splett in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Rasmus Sauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Matthias Babel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Bleicher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakob Madjlessi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Siedlung Neu Borstel's zone, Steffen Splett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Bleicher came out of the goal and Steffen Splett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
