Gonso's Malte Aumann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thies Reck in the 3rd minute of play. Thies Reck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonso's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Thies Reck scored to the left of an out of position Malte Aumann, making the score, 1-0. If Harald Deinbeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thies Reck in the 16th minute of play forced Gonso's goalkeeper Malte Aumann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Watzek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bad Schussenried's Thies Reck in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gonso's Malte Aumann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Gonso from getting a goal against them. If Peter Schön had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai Blomke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harald Deinbeck's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Malte Aumann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rochus Hovermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Schön in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gonso's zone, Thies Reck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malte Aumann came out of the goal and Thies Reck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harald Deinbeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Schön to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Peter Schön who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bad Schussenried's Rochus Hovermann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Malte Aumann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Deinbeck in the 54th minute of the match. Harald Deinbeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Deinbeck in the 59th minute of play forced Gonso's goalkeeper Malte Aumann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bad Schussenried were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Gonso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lino Pietsch took the corner. Lino Pietsch made a great header on Bad Schussenried's corner, it was just that Gonso's Malte Aumann managed to reach the ball for a save. Reinhold Rathje kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Gonso got a freekick which was hit by Heiko Pflug. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Blomke got free with Rochus Hovermann in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 70 in the game by Kai Blomke from a close distance when the talented Rochus Hovermann managed to make a qualified save. Bad Schussenried's players were relieved. Rochus Hovermann made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Kai Blomke sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Schön in the 77th minute of play forced Bad Schussenried's goalkeeper Rochus Hovermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harald Deinbeck in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malte Aumann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bad Schussenried's Rochus Hovermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Schön in the 84th minute of play.
