Spectators: 7349 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 130) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Denis Mosblech fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leumnitz FSV's protests and gave Denis Mosblech a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Denis Mosblech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelis Stotz got free with Alex Schröder in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerd Hähnel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Valerian Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valerian Nowak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Trepoll in the 34th minute of the match. If Gerd Hähnel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henning Fritz during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Henning Fritz kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Valerian Nowak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Trepoll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Femke Thieme was slow to take the kick. During this time Leumnitz FSV's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Leumnitz FSV's Femke Thieme to fire away a dangerous shot which Valerian Nowak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerd Hähnel got free with Valerian Nowak in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cornelis Stotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Schröder having to interfere. Mark Moock hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Leumnitz FSV were awarded a corner. Femke Thieme went to the cornerflag to take it. Femke Thieme made a great header on Leumnitz FSV's corner, it was just that Hultrop's Valerian Nowak managed to reach the ball for a save. Valerian Nowak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Wiesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hultrop's zone, Gerd Hähnel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valerian Nowak came out of the goal and Gerd Hähnel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Valerian Nowak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hultrop's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Femke Thieme was slow to take the kick. During this time Leumnitz FSV's players had a chance to rest. Gerd Hähnel might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valerian Nowak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerd Hähnel ran back to his position shaking his head.
