After having played for 5 minutes, Olaf Glatzer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A very good chance. 10 minutes in the game, Leon Straal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Leon Straal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coldemüntje's Welf Krasselt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Straal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Welf Krasselt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Welf Krasselt came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dag Barcelona's Matthias Beushausen. But to his dismay, Matthias Beushausen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Glatzer in the 28th minute of play forced Coldemüntje's goalkeeper Welf Krasselt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alois Artmann hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Welf Krasselt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Straal's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Edgar Werlich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Dag Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coldemüntje the free kick. After 43 played minutes FC Dag Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Werlich. If Olaf Glatzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half FC Dag Barcelona were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leon Straal to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Straal in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Welf Krasselt saved Coldemüntje from getting behind. FC Dag Barcelona's Olaf Glatzer got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Coldemüntje's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Straal came free, but Welf Krasselt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Welf Krasselt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Straal, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st of the match, Leon Straal tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Welf Krasselt got in the way and made a wonderful save. After some careless play in the Coldemüntje defense, Leon Straal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Welf Krasselt. The Coldemüntje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Welf Krasselt should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, FC Dag Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Krause came free, but Moritz Posch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Leon Straal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coldemüntje's Welf Krasselt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Coldemüntje's Wolf-Dieter Ruck got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Coldemüntje's Welf Krasselt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Straal in the 92nd minute of play. When Coldemüntje's Josef Krause in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Dag Barcelona's goalie prevented a goal. After 95 minutes, Alois Artmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dag Barcelona and the Coldemüntje players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Coldemüntje booed when FC Dag Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alois Artmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded FC Dag Barcelona left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Coldemüntje.
