With a little luck, FC Roxel's Tobias Haileck got control of the ball when Rudi Terstappen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flemming Hintze kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Rudi Terstappen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Tobias Haileck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Rudi Terstappen came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the SSC Eberswalde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudi Terstappen couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Rudi Terstappen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 23 minutes into the match, SSC Eberswalde's Rudi Terstappen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Haileck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rudi Terstappen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tobias Haileck made a huge save. If Rudi Terstappen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Roxel's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Klara Propst 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Tobias Haileck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klara Propst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Joachimsmeier kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Roxel's zone, Klara Propst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Haileck came out of the goal and Klara Propst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tobias Haileck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rudi Terstappen in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Schlief was the one to do the kick off. SSC Eberswalde's Klara Propst got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Flemming Hintze fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Roxel's protests and gave Flemming Hintze a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SSC Eberswalde booed when FC Roxel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flemming Hintze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klara Propst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Alex Joachimsmeier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Roxel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Joachimsmeier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Klara Propst came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the SSC Eberswalde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klara Propst couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klara Propst in the 86th minute of play forced FC Roxel's goalkeeper Tobias Haileck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudi Terstappen took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Haileck. Tobias Haileck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alex Joachimsmeier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilbert Bardhan having to interfere. Eckart Wieczorek kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind SSC Eberswalde's goalkeeper Hilbert Bardhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
